Parents of Year 4 & 5 children can now visit the school before our traditional September Open Evening, join in with our information evening or see the school in action on our open morning - call 638 2800 for more details.

Welcome to The Oldershaw Academy. We are a large mixed 11-18 high school which has a proud history successfully working within the Wallasey community providing excellent education for over 90 years. The school has a strong partnership with over 20 primary schools and serves a wide geographical area including Wallasey, Moreton and Birkenhead.We believe in high standards in all areas of school life and deliver rich and challenging educational experience to every student.

If possible please also leave details of your child’s form group (eg: 9 Beech, 10 Oak etc.).  Once we have checked these details against the schools database we will send the login details to you by post.  If the address details do not match our records we will contact you to arrange collection in person and to update your details.

Introducing the GCSE pod. The website contains a range of tailor made podcasts for GCSE students to help you in the run-up to your exams. They are available to all Oldershaw students free of charge.
