Karen Rowles our Careers and Opportunities Manager manages, develops and maintains the relationship with private businesses, universities and local training providers to create opportunities to support the careers programme within Oldershaw.

Karen helps deliver the BEST© programme (building employability skills for tomorrow) within the sixth form. Activities have been developed to replicate the recruitment process whether that be for university or employment.

Assisting the Head of Sixth Form, Karen offers pastoral support and with her wealth of knowledge offers career guidance.
